Order anything from the Xolero range. If it does not suit you, send it back within 30 days and we will refund the full purchase price.
The promise
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. After the package arrives, we refund the amount within 3 business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

How to claim
- In your message to [email protected], please include the order number.
- We send the return ID and address within one business day.
- After the package is shipped, we start the refund once the shipment has arrived back to us.
