These terms apply to all orders placed on the xolero.center website operated by Xolero Kft.. By submitting the order, you accept the terms. Please read them together with the Shipping, Returns, and Privacy pages.

The goods
The products sold in the Xolero Ltd. online store are dietary supplements, herbal preparations and botanical products for wellness purposes, designed to support daily general well-being, balanced nutrition and regular self-care. The product pages show the contents, quantity, and packaging of the package. The photos are illustrations; the packaging may differ slightly from the image shown.
Ordering and contract
The order is placed when you complete the payment process. We confirm this by email; the contract takes effect when the products are dispatched. If a product is out of stock or the data cannot be verified, we may reject the order and refund any amount already paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are in HUF and include VAT where applicable. The shipping cost is shown before payment at checkout. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If we notice an obvious pricing error, we may adjust the price before dispatch and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.
Delivery
The Shipping and payment page provides information on delivery methods, deadlines and costs. From the moment the package is handed over, the risk of damage is borne by the customer.
Product images and colours
The images are always taken of the actual products we sell. The displayed colors are also affected by the screen, browser and lighting conditions, so a slight difference in tone is not considered a defect and does not entitle you to a free return or compensation. The product pages also list the sizes, ingredients and package contents.
Transfer of risk
We are responsible for the integrity of the order until the courier hands the package to you or to the person you have designated. After delivery, the risk of damage or loss is borne by you. If the package shows visible shipping damage, you must have it recorded with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
Within 30 days of receipt, you can return the products as described on the Returns page. Xolero Ltd. provides statutory warranty and product warranty in accordance with the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. In the case of dietary supplements, a precondition for enforcing the warranty claim is that the customer presents the product in its original, unopened packaging together with the proof of purchase.
- Products individually assembled or personalised for the customer, which we put together according to specific needs after the order.
- Perishable products or products with a short shelf life, the quality of which may be affected by delivery time.
- Dietary supplements and cosmetic products with a tamper-evident seal that have been opened by the consumer after receipt, for health protection and hygiene reasons.
- Products that have been irreversibly mixed with other products by the consumer after delivery.
- Digital content that has been opened by the consumer after receipt.
Liability
Xolero Ltd.'s liability for damages caused by breach of contract shall not exceed the total purchase price of the ordered products, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any obligations that the law does not allow to be limited.
Age and use
You can only order if you have reached the age of 18. Use the products according to the instructions on the label; these do not replace the support of your daily routine.
Governing law and disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection and Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code. Hungarian courts have jurisdiction over legal disputes between the parties. If we cannot settle the dispute amicably, the court at the seller's registered office shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights applicable at the buyer's place of residence.
